We teach you how to buy and sell real estate with OPM (other people's money).

You do not need a real estate license to be an investor.

We supply you with the source of the leads for the distressed properties.  You locate the owners of the property, and we teach you how to negotiate a GOOD DEAL! And we will actually attend your first few transactions with you, until you get the hang of it.  If your deal meets our criteria, we then purchase the property with our money.  You receive a percentage of each closed deal that you introduce to us.  The percentage starts at 25% of the net profit, and progresses by 5% on each subsequent deal.
