Immediately upon or after your first deal, you must have the following:

  2.  Legal size clipboard

  3.  Business cards

  4.  Dedicated phone line, or answering service

5.       Post office box

6.       Instant or digital camera

  7.  Newspaper advertising

  8.  Fax machine

9.      Copy machine

10.  Access to after-hour Notary Public

11.  Hand held calculator

12.  Your own flyers or advertising material

Helpful items to have:

Computer with internet access
(You can always use a public library or college computer.)

And you must be able to:

• Spread the word
• Eat, sleep, and drink Real Estate!
• Fill out one foreclosure Property Information Form daily
• You keep one and fax or mail one to Ten Four USA
• Fill out referral cards to ten or more people
